Cast photos now up

All the new cast photos are now up on the website! Check them out HERE.

Cast members chosen

Congratulations to all those who got a principal role last night. The talent pool was incredible and casting each role was an extraordinarily hard decision. A massive thanks to everyone who came along and took part. We're a very lucky Society to have so many great people so thank you. The cast will be announced shortly so watch this space. :-)

Audition night!

It's audition night!! 7.30pm at The Hub. Come impress our very friendly panel of judges. It's all great fun and nothing to be afraid of - they don't bite... mostly...

Tomorrow is read-through night!

Tomorrow is read-through night, open to all! 7.30pm at The Hub in Verwood. Come along, say hello, take part or just sit back and enjoy. The directors, Sandra & Marion, will be on hand to answer questions, as well as the Society's Chairman, Sue Gardiner and Secretary, Becky Palmer. If you've wanted to join or just curious please do pop by and ask as many questions as you like. Refreshments are provided - all we ask is that you bring a big smile. :-)

Countdown to read-through

Only 4 more days to go before the script read-through at The Hub! If you've ever fancied getting involved please do come along - everyone is welcome and you don't need to take part if you don't want to. It's a great opportunity to meet us and see what a friendly bunch we are. We're always looking for new members - be it in principal roles, chorus or the super-important back-stage personnel without whom nothing would happen at all - we need costume designers, make-up, set-designers and more. Come along, join us for tea and biscuits and have a great laugh as we run through the hilarious script for the first time.

Read-through : Tuesday 8th September, 7.30pm @ The Hub
Auditions : Friday 11th September, 7.30pm @ The Hub

Rustic Fayre 2015

A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped out at Verwood’s Rustic Fayre this year. It was a great success and Beauty (Naomi) and the Beast (David) loved posing with lots of excited children. We had a winner for the "find the enchanted rose” competition, Charles Dempsey, who will be receiving his prize of a family ticket to the show shortly! Thanks to everyone who popped by and said hello, had a photo taken and entered the competition.
